Justine's record of recognition spans 2009 to 2025, across two distinct careers. As founder of Arrows Massage for Life in Margaret River, she built a business that won four awards between 2016 and 2018, including the WA Regional Small Business Award for Best Micro Business and two Telstra Business Awards, while maintaining a 100% client recommendation rate across 72 reviews.
In her executive support career, she was a finalist for PA of the Year at the Executive PA Magazine Awards in 2009. Most recently, in 2025, she wrote and submitted the nomination that made the Cushman & Wakefield Valuation and Advisory EA team a finalist for the AIOP Team Impact Award.

Arrows was recognised at the state level as the Best Micro Business across regional Western Australia, competing against businesses from across the state in the Small Business Development Corporation's annual regional awards programme.

In 2017 Arrows won the WA Regional Small Business Award for Best Micro Business in the 0 to 4 employees category, judged and presented by the Small Business Development Corporation of Western Australia. The award was sponsored by QantasLink.
